Today, Neasa Hourigan TD, Cllr. Janet Horner and Area Rep Feljin Jose launched a position paper on waste in Dublin city
The paper looks at:
- some of the specific challenges Dublin’s city centre faces w.r.t. waste
- international best practice
- proposals for change including a bill that would make a domestic refuse contract the landlord’s responsibility
